The Roots Behind The Knowledge Tree

Where Learning, Support, and Community Come Together.

Why We Built This Space

The Knowledge Tree wasn’t built from a business plan, it was built from love, necessity, and lived experience.

Co-founders Ariel Teffeteller and Krystal Moea’i didn’t just envision something better for children—they needed it for their own families.

Rather than accept a system that didn’t meet their children’s needs, they created a space that supports learning, connection, and meaningful support for children and families.

The Problems & Our Solutions

Rigid school structures leave little room for movement-based or hands-on learning.

A flexible, bookable classroom space designed to support different learning styles, teaching approaches, and individual needs

Caregivers are often left without guidance on how to support regulation, routines, and challenging behaviors at home.

Individualized consultations that help families understand behavior, build regulation skills, and create supportive home systems.

Safe, calm, and adaptable environments are not always available for children who need them most.

A regulation-focused, sensory-aware environment that promotes safety, inclusion, and readiness to learn.

Families often feel overwhelmed trying to access services, supports, and next steps for their child.

Guidance and support in navigating disability resources, services, and advocacy, helping families access what they need with confidence.
